What is the minimum order quantity when I want to order?
MOQ is displayed on the products pages. You need to be a registered customer and signed in to see this site feature. We also have new brands and products that do not require a minimum and can be found when you filter your search.
What types of products are in Bultuhan?
We have both products and services. Products that can be delivered are perishable and non-perishable items. Products that are “Digitally Downloaded” are services such as facial services, mountain travel tickets, and many more.
Bultuhan as a wholesale site, do we need to always buy in bulk?
Contrary to the word “bultuhan” which means “bulk” or buying in “wholesale”. It also means “maramihan” – we have many different products, services, and brands. You can order 1 now and then buy more later if there is no minimum order quantity demand from the Vendor. You can find products without a minimum order quantity here. We continuously expand your choices.
Can we order bulk multiple products or it should only be a single product?
Purchasing a single or mixed selection of products is better – especially when ordering from one Vendor. It can lessen down shipping charges and get more volume order discounts from the Vendor.
However, if your needed products are from different vendors and locations, it will be best to fill in our Request for Quote or Large Volume Order request form.
Is there a membership fee when registering as a customer in Bultuhan?
Right now, you can register for Free. We will have membership planned sometime soon. Whilst it is still Free, you might want to take advantage.
Can I use Bultuhan Logo or Buloe Mascot for advertising my products on other social or app platforms?
No. The unauthorized use of Bultuhan's branding or logo in conjunction with an individual's selling practices is a direct violation of Bultuhan's intellectual property. Please get in touch with us to work with us with your marketing plans for better exposure.
How will I know if my order was received? Paid? and when it will be delivered?
You should receive an auto-generated response on email and on your Bultuhan account advising that your order has been received, or has been paid, or it is on its way. This are the great benefits of being a registered account in Bultuhan.
We are a foreign company, can we apply for a Vendor Account in Bultuhan?
Please go to apply as Vendor and kindly input needed details. We will review your application. We have a Fare Trade Policy which is the basis of our approval process. We then activate your account, send an email for procedures, and continue to Vendor Training and Product uploading.
Is Bultuhan shipping items outside the country?
For now, we are concentrated to serve the inter-province of the Philippines. We will soon have international shipping options. But, do not let this stop you. Please do ask us on our Help Center.
