Fraud detection and prevention is not only important to us, but it is very very important to us in our online shopping process. There is no starting and endpoint. We keep this as an ongoing cycle involving monitoring, detection, decision making, case management, and learning to feed improvements in detection back into our processes. Our organization strives to continually learn from incidents of fraud and incorporate the results into future monitoring and detection undertakings.



Why is there no Auto-Registration?

Signing up as a buyer or as a vendor, we always look at the details given before we approve your registration and before getting an account at Bultuhan Services. You must input the correct details to get approved. In this way, you only need to input your shipping and billing address details once.

We do this with the help of legally employed operators, editors, and back-end users with respective limited access to the system. Keeping data and details are controlled with only limited actions to their respective tasks.


We have an official support email

support@bultuhan.com is the official report and sender email used by Bultuhan Group. We send account system notifications, order alerts, newsletters, and business transaction activities with this email account. Always check the email address before answering back for transactions.

We will be adding the emails used in the many notifications we send to customers and buyers. We  will announce in our newsletter or most likely on this same page article. Our employees and management can be easily be tracked with our LinkedIn account page when you click here. When in doubt please do send us a mail or call us at our Help Center if you do find fraud or misrepresentation is being done outside our services and scope.


Monitoring and Prevention

Emails, messages, reviews, and order updates have a log record. Thus, we also monitor and prohibit malicious and inappropriate content fed by registered and non-registered users. The best policy we advise is to stop and think before you click. Delete any questionable emails and texts, and be suspicious of any posts or ads with offers that are too good to be true.
